Easter Bunny

We took Rileigh to see the Easter Bunny today. Thinking we were being smart, we decided to get to the mall a little before 10:00, so we could be first in line. Well, even though the mall opened at 10:00, the Bunny didn't arrive until 11:00. So, we were second in line and sat there for an hour. It was worth the wait though. She did really good and the pictures turned out nice. Happy early Easter!

Good News

Here are some pictures of Rileigh in her St Patty's Day outfit. Check out the Shamrock on her butt!! So, the good news is that Rob and I have begun to notice a difference in Rileigh's eyes. She still spends a lot of time with her eyes moving back and forth, but we have noticed her focusing more on things. If you are holding her and talking to her, a lot of times her eyes will focus on you. Especially if the lighting is not too bright. Also, we have noticed that if you hold a bright toy in front of her, so will reach out and grab it. Obviously there is no confirmation that things are improving until we go back to the eye doctor in June, but it is wonderful to notice even the slightest change. Thank you for all of your prayers for Rileigh!!

New Apartment

Last weekend, Dustin moved into a new apartment. It is a really nice place and he is very happy there. Today we went to visit and see it set up with the furniture and such. This is the closest he has been to holding Rileigh. :-)

Birthdays!

Here are some pictures from Darren and Darren Jr's aka Bubba, birthdays. We went to Joe's Crab Shack to celebrate Darren's birthday and they made him dress up like a geezer and walk around saying "Today's my birthday"! It was quite funny. Bubba turned 1 on March 9th and had a great party. As you can see, Rileigh had a great time celebrating!

Working Hard

Look how hard Rileigh works while Rob and I are at work. She was sending me an email in this picture. Her Nanny is getting her started at a young age. :-)

Rileigh started rolling over at the beginning of last week. She began doing it out of anger, but now just about every time you lay her down, she starts to flip to her belly. She is now sleeping either on her side or her stomach. It is so cute! I can't belive how much and how quickly she is changing!!

The Crib!!

Well, last night was a big night for us. Rileigh slept in her crib for the first time! I know you might be thinking she is a little old to be just moving into her crib, but give me a break...she just started sleeping in her bassinet by our bed 3 weeks ago. Prior to that, she was sleeping with me. She did really good in her crib. I put her down around 9:45 and she slept until 3:45. The funny thing is, I woke up at 3:30 and was worried because I hadn't heard a peep from Rileigh so I had to go check on her. :-) After a bottle she went back to sleep until 7:15. I think my little girl is finally starting to develop a routine. I am so proud!!
